Causal agent
To submit a case study, you must first create a user account. If you want to remain ANONYMOUS, do not use your name as a username. Then, use the link in the upper right corner of the page that says 'Submit a Case Study.' You need to provide a title (80 characters, w/ spaces, max), location, causal agent, keywords (5 max), description (500 words max), avoidance/remediation strategy (500 words max), and images. IMAGE UPLOAD options appear AFTER you submit the text. Images (5 max) should clearly show the problem and should not be overly redundant. As a guide to create a 'quality' case study, and as a resource for teachers wanting to guide students in how to create a 'quality' case study, follow the 'Rubrics Table' link on the right side of this page.
If your case study is questionable, if it is SPAM, or if your intent is to attack/slander a treatment system with a specific trade name or a specific company, your submission may be rejected outright or you may be asked to provide a revision.
